Questions people ask before they buy.
- What does a seat cover?
- A seat is one member of your own company's team — the people in your office and in the field who work in Brikt. Those are the seats you pay for, and they are the only ones.
- Do subcontractors, owners and architects need a seat?
- No. Invited collaborators join free, with no cap on how many. They work from the real schedule — dates, float, the critical path — while your costs, internal notes and baseline comparisons stay yours.
- What can the people we invite actually do?
- Everyone you invite can read the schedule and comment on it, whatever role you give them. After that the role decides: an invited editor can put a change forward for review, and only an invited collaborator you make a project admin can change dates directly. Anything put forward that way waits for someone on your own team to apply it.
- What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
- Annual billing carries the lower per-seat rate and is billed for twelve months. Monthly billing carries the higher rate and is billed each month. Both rates are shown above; annual is selected by default.
- What if we need more seats or more projects than a plan covers?
- Those numbers describe what a plan is sized for; they are not a switch that turns the product off. Going past them does not lock a team out mid-job — moving up a plan is the next step. Business carries no cap on either.
- How do I get started?
