About
Why Brikt exists.
Brikt is AI-native planning and controls for capital projects — for owners, designers, consultants, and builders. Scheduling is where it starts, because that is where a job goes wrong first.
One model, two sides
The same schedule, from both ends of the contract.
An owner’s program office and the contractor building one of its jobs are looking at the same schedule from opposite sides of a table. Everyone knows this, and almost every tool still makes each side keep its own copy.
Brikt models the job once and serves both. The owner-side program, the owner’s rep and the controls consultant on one side; the people running the work on the other. What each side sees is decided by permission rather than by which file they were sent, so nothing has to be re-keyed to hand it across.
What we believe
Three things the product is an argument for.
AI drafts. People decide.
An assistant that can quietly change a schedule is not an assistant, it is a liability. Claude drafts, a person reviews, and the change is attributed to whoever applied it.
The field is not downstream.
A schedule that is only true on the day it was published is a document, not a plan. The people doing the work update it in a minute a morning, in numbers they actually have.
Everyone on the job belongs in it.
Subcontractors, owners and architects are not an export. They are accounts on the same model, invited free, seeing the schedule rather than a snapshot of it.
Who builds it
Built by a construction executive who runs Brikt on their own live projects.
Brikt is a small operation on purpose. The scheduling engine, the daily check-in and the reports are used on live jobs before they are described on a page like this one — which is why the site claims less than it could and nothing it cannot show you.
Brikt is built on Claude, Anthropic’s AI model.
Bring the schedule that is hardest to explain.
The most useful demos are the ones where somebody turns up ready to argue — a job that broke, a date nobody believes, a slip you are still living with.
